OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES

Fairway Fortunes – Cleveland RTX 6 60° Wedge Giveaway
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

1. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Fairway Fortunes (“Sponsor”), with its principal contact email at info@fairwayfortune.co.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members are not eligible to participate.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on the date and time listed on the promotional entry page (“Start Date”) and ends on the date and time listed on the promotional entry page (“End Date”) (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period are void.

4. How to Enter

There are two methods of entry:

A. Online Entry (Purchase or Non-Purchase)

Customers may enter by completing the entry form available on the Sweepstakes landing page hosted by ViralSweep. Completing the form grants one (1) entry.

B. Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without making a purchase, send an email to:
info@fairwayfortune.co
with the subject line: “Sweepstakes Entry – Cleveland RTX 6 Giveaway”
and include your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number.
Each valid AMOE email counts as one (1) entry.

All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period. Duplicate or automated entries are prohibited.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• Cleveland RTX 6 60° Wedge
  Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $180.

No cash alternative or prize substitution is permitted except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Because the prize value is under $600, the Sponsor is not required to issue a Form 1099-MISC.

6. Winner Selection

Following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will select the potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification and Verification

The selected potential winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry. The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of notification.
Failure to respond may result in disqualification, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

Sponsor may require the potential winner to complete an eligibility affidavit, confirm identity, and verify compliance with these Official Rules.

8. Publicity

By entering, the winner grants Sponsor a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use their name, initials, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes, except where prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:

• Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process;

• Modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs its integrity or proper functioning.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Technical failures or malfunctions;

• Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries;

• Errors in advertising or Sweepstakes administration.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation or prize acceptance, including but not limited to:

• Injury, loss, or damage to persons or property;

• Claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

The Sponsor’s liability under these Rules shall not exceed the ARV of the prize.

11. Disputes / Governing Law

The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina. Entrants consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

12. Privacy

Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at:

13. Winner List

To request the name of the winner, email: info@fairwayfortune.co
with the subject line: “Winner List Request – Cleveland RTX 6 Giveaway.”

Requests must be received within 30 days after the Sweepstakes end date.
